At Koch & Co, we want you to be completely satisfied with your floral and home decor purchases. If your items are not quite right, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all delicate home decor or glassware is securely padded to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship Your Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for your records.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
