This clear plastic Bubble (Bobo) Balloon 18" (46cmD) is designed to be filled with confetti, small balloons, flowers and small teddy bears. Before inserting items, the balloon needs to be stretched, you then cut an area to insert items then seal it up with our heat sealer (using temperature 3) SKU 21005. This balloon can be inflated with both helium and air. Available in a pack of 5.

Please note: If the edge of the balloon is cut to insert big items, like a teddy bear, it will last 3 - 5 days before gradually deflating. If you don't cut the edge and only insert small items, like flowers or confetti, it can last 5 - 7 days before gradually deflating. The float time also depends on how well you seal the balloon at the ends. It is recommended to heat seal the ends to achieve the best result.
